Ryan has bounced all over the world of theatre but his true passion lies in lighting and directing. He has currently worked as an in-house lighting designer with Hale Center Theatre Orem since 2018. Some lighting credits with HCTO include: Seussical, A Christmas Carol, Once, Pride & Prejudice, Enchanted April, The 39 Steps, Little Women, The Importance of Being Earnest, Charley’s Aunt, The Odd Couple, Disney’s Descendants, Disney’s Camp Rock, Beauty and the Beast Jr, Moana Jr, Mary Poppins Jr, Peter Pan Jr, and The Velveteen Rabbit.
Other credits include: Spring Awakening (PINK NEON Productions – Utah), Sleepy Hollow the Musical, Little Shop of Horrors (West Valley Arts – West Valley, UT), Hedwig and the Angry Inch, We Will Rock You, American Idiot, The Rocky Horror Show, Mamma Mia (Midvale Main Street Theatre – Midvale, UT), and La Cage aux Folles (The Ziegfeld Theater – Odgen, UT).
He is currently pursing a degree in theatrical lighting at Utah Valley University. He is also one of co-founders of PINK NEON Productions.
